We were a group of six ladies on a weekend break away. We all found 'Grey Gums' to be an exceptionally good 4 bedroom property to stay at. The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a large well appointed kitchen. It also had an excellent coffee machine which was much appreciated by the ladies! The house is located in a beautiful bush setting but is still not far from town. The word serenity was used quite a lot on the weekend! This house offered more than just a place to stay. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor games and activities that would keep people of all ages entertained. We particularly enjoyed the tree identification walk and the creek walk. This property is a real credit to its owners Dennis and Helen. There were so many added personal touches that helped make our stay special. Thank you Dennis and Helen for your prompt communication and for allowing us to stay at your wonderful 'Grey Gums".

Hi, I was wondering what the availability would be in May of 2019 for a stay of 3 nights. We are a book club group of 5 or 6 ladies and are available to come either on weekdays or weekends.

After a successful writing week in January last year we booked in for a rerun again this year. The house is awesome, the bush is magic and the ping pong fierce.

Loved every bit of our stay! Thank you Dennis and Helen for being such great hosts. You have such a beautiful house, well equipped kitchen and great energy flow throughout. Also loved the outside especially the fire pit, outdoor bath, kangaroos etc! Didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

We were in town for a 50th wedding anniversary party and had elderly parents (middle 80's) in our party of six. The house is very welcoming with so many quiet corners to sit and soak up the serenity. The kitchen was very well equipped which made our food preparation so much more enjoyable.

We would love to come back in the cold weather to enjoy the outside fire pit and the fireplace in the house.

We thoroughly recommend Grey Gums!

We took our 8-piece reggae band down to Grey Gums to write new music and had an amazing week. There was plenty of space to fit us all in and plenty to do in down time (in our case lots of ping pong).

The walk to the river was worth it (we did it a couple times) and the house kept cool despite a few days hitting mid 30's.

Highly recommended!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Grey Gums. The children loved the spacious garden and fabulous walks. Such a lovely location.
The house was large enough, warm with the well kitted out fireplace and was lovely and clean.
The kitchen was well equipped, so dinners were always yummy!

Thanks for providing us with a fantastic venue for our family Xmas!!
Plenty of activities to keep everyone happy and such a beautiful location.
We will definitely be coming back again.
